Efficacy/Effectiveness

Tadarafil is a drug used to treat impotence and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tadajuv is an inexpensive generic form of the ED treatment drug sialis, which boasts a high cost-effectiveness compared to sialis, which is one box and four persons.

Usage/Capacity 

Take 10 mg (half) or 20 mg (one tablet) about 1 to 3 hours before having sex. The effect lasts about 24 hours at 10 mg and 36 hours at 20 mg, but without sexual stimulation, it becomes natural and supports erection with stimulation. Because of the longer duration, it is also possible to take it on an ” empty stomach” before the above time to absorb the ingredients into the body. Precautions for use

• Prior to administration of tadarafil, the underlying cause and appropriate treatment for it should be identified, along with appropriate medical assessments for impotence and benign prostate hyperplasia.

• Since sexual activity carries a risk of the heart, attention should be paid to cardiovascular conditions before starting treatment for impotence.

• Rarely, erection that lasted for more than 4 hours and persistent erection with pain for more than 6 hours have been reported. In this case, the doctor should be notified immediately, and if not treated immediately, damage to the penile tissue or permanent loss of erection may occur.

• Care should be taken because taking all forms of nitrate preparations or nitric oxide supplements (nitroglycerin, isorbide nitrate, etc.) before, during, or after tadarafil treatment may cause excessive drop in blood pressure.

• Although the causal relationship is not clear, significant cardiovascular adverse events (myocardial infarction, acute cardiac arrest, unstable angina, ventricular arrhythmia, stroke, chest pain, etc.) have been reported.

• Patients with left ventricular efflux obstruction (e.g., aortic stenosis and idiopathic sub-aortic stenosis) or severely impaired ability to autoregulate blood pressure may be sensitive to the action of vasodilators, including PDE5 enzyme inhibitors.

Side effects
