Efficacy/Effectiveness

Retino A Cream 0.05% contains tretinoin, a topical exfoliator used to treat acne. Retino A Cream 0.05% contains tretinoin, an active metabolite of vitamin A, and an exfoliator that changes the way skin cells grow and behave. Acne forms when excessively stimulating sebaceous glands (oil-producing springs in hair follicles), which are often caused by the sudden reaction of androgen hormones in puberty, clogging pores with dead skin, and leading to the formation of new acne, whiteheads. Blackheads (comedons) can become infectious and cause inflammation. Retino A Cream 0.05% Tretinoin prevents the formation of new acne and acne by blocking the hardening process in the outer skin layer (coronation and keratinization) and promoting the growth of new skin cells while increasing the shedding of old cured skin cells. The combined effect of these actions reduces the occurrence of new acne and removes existing defects by unblocking pores and preventing them from clogging or inflammation. It also increases the turnover of skin cells and helps the natural exfoliation process of the outer skin layer to remove acne and acne and reduce the spread of acne.

Usage/Capacity

Once a day, preferably in the evening before bedtime, 0.05% Retino A cream should be applied to the affected area of the skin. Wipe off the skin with mild soap or soap-free detergent, rinse with water, apply a small amount with clean fingers, and gently rub against the skin. Do not use more amount than is indicated, or use 0.05% Retino A cream more often, because the skin does not clear faster. Instead, it may increase the likelihood of side effects such as skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, eyelids, the inside of the nose and mouth, areas that are prone to irritation, or other areas that are not intended to be treated. Do not apply when opening severely inflamed skin or lesions. Follow the doctor’s instructions and continue to use 0.05% Retino A cream throughout the entire treatment process. Until the skin becomes clean and there are no acne lesions, it may take up to seven weeks, but signs of improvement will appear after two weeks. As recommended by your doctor, you can continue to use 0.05% Retino A cream to maintain your skin even after the acne is gone.

As Tretinoin increases sensitivity to sunlight and can cause burns, unprotected exposure to sunlight, including sunlight lamps, should be avoided or at least minimized while using 0.05% of Retino A cream. Also, if you are sunburned, you should wait for your skin to heal before using 0.05% of Retino A cream. For example, if you cannot avoid sun exposure because of your job, wear sunscreens and protective clothing to protect your skin.

Precautions for use

1. Warning When applying 0.05% Retino A cream, the most commonly reported side effects are itching, drying, redness, burning or peeling of the applied area; these effects are usually mild and can occur at the start of treatment.

2. Do not administer to the following patients

– Allergic to Tretinoin

– Tretinoin may cause birth defects in pregnancy

– Tretinoin may cause severe irritation to eczema skin in the presence of skin conditions such as acute eczema or peritoneal inflammation

– individual or family history of skin epithelioma

– Long-term exposure to sunlight should be avoided when topical skin exfoliants containing sulfur, resorcin, or salicylic acid are used.

If inevitable, use sun screens and protective clothing at the treatment area to protect the skin.
